Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard and expedited options are available within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Available upon request; duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Freight Orders: For palletized or bulk shipments, our logistics team will coordinate directly with your receiving department.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our business model is B2B wholesale distribution, all sales are considered final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you in the event of:

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: Claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery, with photos of the shipment.
  • Incorrect Shipments: If you receive items not matching your order, please notify us immediately for a correction.
  • Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
